Can you sum up North Brooklyn? A community of predominantly Italian, Polish, Latin, and Hasidic that has increasingly over the past ten years been flooded with new to N.Y.C. 20 to 40 year olds. My friend has an Italian landlord that has lived here for over 50 years and speaks zero english.
