A perfect meal in Hanoi? The perfect meal is Chả Cá (Hemibagrus fish grilled with rice vermicelli, dried pancakes, roasted peanuts, sliced onion leaves, basil and shrimp paste with lemon and chilly).

A little known fact? I randomly found a training in Hanoi for 6 months, I really liked this city and i decided to stay.
