Can you sum up Santa Monica?  I essentially live in Los Angeles, and I’ve been here for around 6 years now and lived in several different parts of the city.  The last several years I’ve been in Santa Monica and really enjoy it.  It’s next to the beach which is always good for either relaxing or a good run.  There’s something about the sound of the ocean and the peacefulness of the beach in the morning that always tends to clear my head before I start a long work day.  In addition to the quietness I find here within the chaos that is LA, it’s filled with some great restaurants & nightlife.

What is a perfect day in Santa Monica?  Waking up early to go on a hike always makes for a great start to a day or weekend, as does a run or walk on the beach for sunset.

Do you shoot with your phone or other cameras or both?  Both! But most are shot with my Sony mirrorless camera.

What is your editing process?  Bring all my photos into Lightroom to do basic color corrections, then I will usually AirDrop them back to the phone and use either Snapseed or VSCO to play with color.

Can you give a couple tips to aspiring Instagram photographers?  Shoot often & don’t overthink things.

What is the most amazing travel experience you’ve ever had?  I spent two months last year in India and it was the trip of a lifetime.
