Somewhere Between East and West in Warsaw, Poland
I live by the Vistula River in Warsaw. The neighborhood is constantly in danger of flooding so the river impacts me. Its a strange and totally wild part of Warsaw. It’s like a blank spot or a time capsule where you can disappear. I like it.
Place you live: Warsaw, Poland
Place your photo was taken: Warsaw, Zeran river harbor
Can you sum up Warsaw? I live in Warsaw. Let me tell you a joke I recently heard to describe the city. Two guys took a train one Moscow-Berlin another one Berlin- Moscow relation. After some time both trains stopped in Warsaw and both guys believed they reached their final destination. Warsaw is a mix and when I moved here I didn’t like it but now I believe I’m in a right place. Warsaw is only 65 years old because it was totally destroyed during WWII. It’s a city with huge trauma but with super fresh energy. It’s somewhere between west and east.
