Can you sum up Copenhagen? I live downtown, like literally in the heart of Copenhagen.
What is a perfect day in your spot? Nothing crazy, I’ll know when I see it.
If Copenhagen was a person or character who would it be and why? Scarlett Johansen: beautiful no matter what time of the year, snow or rain. The sun will always shine over Copenhagen.
How long have you been using Instagram? According to my Instagram account I posted my first pic 153 weeks ago.
Do you shoot with your phone or other cameras or both? In the beginning, I made up this rule that everything I uploaded on Instagram had to be shot with an iPhone. But since I got wifi in my DSLR, I now prefer using that.
What is your editing process? For Instagram, I put my pics through Snapseed and then I do some touch-ups and use VSCO cam before I upload them to Instagram.
Do you create images outside of Instagram? Yes, my bread and butter is photography. I started shooting in 2007 and two years after I grabbed my first camera, I started up my own firm and I’ve been living on my photography ever since.
Has Instagram/phoneography affected how you shoot? Instagram has definitely changed my view and affected how I shoot. I see the world as my inspiration. With Instagram I have been allowed to see the world through other people’s eyes. I use Instagram to get inspired and try new things.
Can you give a couple tips to aspiring Instagram photographers? Never be afraid of trying something new!
