Comenius Garden in Berlin, Germany
Comenius Garden is a little themed garden in the Bohmisches Dorf (Bohemian Village) in Neukolln, Berlin. Johann Amos Comenius was a Bohemian educationalist, so the garden is full of poetic symbols and sculptures. It’s only open at certain hours and it’s a beautiful, green, serene space full of different trees and flowers, a gazebo, and small pond. I feel detached from everyday life when I’m there. It’s a magical little spot right around the corner from my apartment. Best for after-dinner walks or mid-day breaks from working.
