Can you sum up Lagos? Lagos is Africa’s largest city with around 20 million inhabitants. It is the financial hub of this region and the city is always bustling with human activity and trade. Traffic is pretty nasty in the city and people hustle to survive. It is a city of dreamers, hustlers and the strong-hearted. Lagos has so much energy, sometimes it is hard to keep up!
What is a perfect day in Lagos? Enjoying live Afrobeat music in the evening, with chicken suya and beer. Evenings are pleasant to sit out and enjoy the breeze.
If Lagos was a person or character who would it be and why? Oprah Winfrey, because she hustled and struggled a lot to reach where she is.
Do you shoot with your phone or other cameras or both? I use both Canon DSLR and iPhone.
What is your editing process? For pictures from my phone I use VSCO, and DSLR pictures are edited on Lightroom on the computer.
Can you give a couple tips to aspiring Instagram photographers? It is all about making pictures and enjoying the process; for the rest, everything will fall into place.
Who are your three favorite photographers? @mumbaipaused, @maciejdakowicz, and @thesquarerootofindia.
What is the most amazing travel experience you’ve ever had? Traveling in northern Nigeria and meeting Emirs (local Kings) of three regions!
