Legoland Beach Series in Biarritz, France
Biarritz is a pretty quiet city most of the time. It’s more like a little village facing the Atlantic Ocean. The quality of life is excellent, you can surf all year long, chill on the beautiful beaches and you are also pretty close to the mountains (Les Pyrénées). When the summer starts up, Biarritz gets crazy. The tourist invasion starts and there is no more little village anymore. Like thousands of ants, people start flocking to the beach, trying to get as much sun as they can and get their skin as burnt as possible. A couple of weeks later, everybody is gone and the village can start to breathe again.

Located in the Basque Country in southwestern of France, Biarritz is an amazing place, with beautiful landscapes. On one side the beach, on the other one the mountains… It’s definitely a little paradise and every time you come back here, after any trip, you understand what the saying “home sweet home” means more and more!
Surfing early morning, for the sunrise, at La Côte des Basques in front of la Villa Belza with a bunch of friends. Eating breakfast in front of the ocean and heading to the countryside to take a few epic photos. Lunch break at Le Surfing before a quick nap and then it’s time to go for another surf session when the wind goes down, probably at La Grande Plage. For the perfect ending, apéro for the sunset at La Crampote with friends.
It’s possible here to surf, skate and snowboard on the same day.
The invasion of tourists during the summer.
The fact that the weather can change really quickly. It’s kind a crazy sometimes.
