Can you sum up Davos? Davos is a smaller town in the middle of the Swiss Alps. It has an altitude of 1600 m! You can find everything here; hospital, cinema, huge ice-hockey arena, restaurants from all over the world, research centers, and wonderful ski slopes.

What is a perfect day in Davos? My perfect day here is getting up early in the morning to climb a beautiful mountain and taking pictures the whole time along the way. In the evening, I would take a hot shower then share a delicious dinner with my family or friends.

How long have you been using Instagram? About 4 years and actively for about two years.

Do you shoot with your phone or other cameras or both? I shoot with my Sony alpha 6000. It’s the perfect camera for me because it’s light and I always take it with me on my hikes.

What is your editing process? I edit most of the pictures with Lightroom. But I’m still trying to improve my skills 😉 Sometimes I also use VSCO on my phone.

Has Instagram affected how you shoot? For sure! I often get inspired by other people’s photography. And I’m sure that the way I edit my picture is unconsciously influenced through Instagram.

Can you give a couple tips to aspiring Instagram photographers? Try to get to know other Instagramers! Participating in an Instameet is the best way to make connections. I met so many cool people on Instagram and afterwards in real life!
