Can you sum up Toledo, Ohio? Located in Northwest Ohio, known as the glass city. My family packed up and moved from Toronto (5 hour drive away) for my dad’s job in the same industry. It’s a suburb. Our downtown is tiny and desolate.  But we have pockets of diverse neighborhoods all within miles from each other, you can always come across something a little odd or funny. We have many cornfields and plenty of strip malls. We do have a great museum though – with the Center of Visual Arts building designed by Frank Gehry. Its located in the old west end, blocks from mansion homes over a hundred years old. We also have some lovely parks and nature preserves.
